I’ve spent a lifetime consuming books. Reading them, toiling with writing them, but also wandering around anywhere that houses them–for that new book (or old book, I don’t judge) smell, the sound of pages turning, the opportunity for adventure that awaits within. After so many years as a gluttonous consumer of slow burns, enemies who become lovers, and marriages of convenience, I finally put my money where my mouth is. Or rather, words where my eyes are, with my first completed novel, This Version of You. 

Outside of the romance-writing world, I’m a professional advertising writer. I’ve had the privilege of writing TV commercials, social media, websites and print materials for a range of clients. You may have seen a commercial I’ve written during the Second 2024 US Presidential Debate, the 2018 Super Bowl, or while making a snack-run to the kitchen during a Hallmark movie.

When I’m not writing something, I’m in the garden or out on the lake with my husband, our sweet dog Finnegan, and whatever romance novel is in my purse for emergencies.
